PRODUCTION OF PARTS and PRODUCTSfrom DRAWINGS

Production of metal parts from drawings and manufacture of finished products in accordance with customer documentation

PRITZ DEVELOPMENT manufactures metal parts, assemblies and finished products based on the customer’s drawings, 3D models, specifications and technical requirements.

We organize the full production cycle — from documentation analysis and manufacturing process planning to manufacturing, quality control, assembly, packaging and delivery of finished products.

OF PARTS and PRODUCTS
from DRAWINGS

Production of parts from technical drawings may include several manufacturing operations within a single order.

This approach allows the order to be completed within a single production cycle and minimizes the number of external subcontractors.

PRITZ DEVELOPMENT presents the full metalworking cycle as one of its key manufacturing advantages.

PRODUCTION based on YOUR DOCUMENTATION

Production of parts based on customer documentation

We accept the customer’s technical documentation and adapt the production process to the requirements of the specific product.

The following may be used for quotation and production preparation:

  • 2D technical drawings;
  • 3D models;
  • CAD files;
  • technical specifications;
  • technical requirements;
  • material specifications;
  • bills of materials;
  • samples of finished parts;
  • documentation for assemblies.

Based on the documentation received, specialists analyze the product design and prepare a cost calculation. Selecting the manufacturing methods allows the operations required to produce parts according to the customer’s design to be planned.

Technical documentation analysis

Production of parts based on technical documentation is preceded by an assessment of design manufacturability.

We check:

  • part design;
  • material thickness and type;
  • dimensions, part tolerances and accuracy requirements;
  • bending radii and parameters;
  • the arrangement of holes and components;
  • welded joints;
  • surface finish requirements;
  • the sequence of production operations.

How production begins

01

We receive the documentation

Technical drawings, 3D models, specifications and manufacturing requirements.

→
02

We check manufacturability

We analyze the design and manufacturing feasibility.

→
03

We calculate the cost

We determine the manufacturing process sequence and prepare a commercial offer. The quotation for parts production takes into account the material, scope of operations, batch size and agreed quality requirements.

→
04

We coordinate production

If necessary, we propose design optimization and agree on changes and manufacturing recommendations with the customer before production begins.

→
05

We manufacture a trial unit

We manufacture the first part or a trial batch. If the order includes prototype production, we manufacture the prototypes based on the documentation and evaluation criteria agreed with the customer.

→
06

We obtain approval

Following verification by the customer, we document the final version of the product.

→
07

We launch series production

We organize regular production and repeatability checks.

→
08

We deliver the finished products

Packaging, order preparation and delivery arrangements.
